Walcom Ego Carbonio 190 Spray Gun Arrives In Australia

Walcom Australia has released its latest spray gun, the Ego Carbonio 190 Mini Touch-Up Spray Gun, which the company says is ideal for SMART repair, spot repair, graphics, touch-ups and decoration.

The Ego Carbonio 190 is said to be very light and easy to handle and delivers excellent performance, thanks to its high-precision components. The unit also features a new anodised ‘anticorodal’ aluminium cap, designed specifically for targeted, fine and precise application.

According to Walcom, the gun is also strong and durable, thanks to the mix of materials used in its construction. The body is made from forged aluminium and carbon fibre, while the nozzles and needle spring are crafted from AISI 303 stainless steel. Carbon fibre is also used in the trigger. The seal gaskets are made of self-lubricating and adjustable PTFE (Teflon), while a ‘nano-technological process’ makes it easier to clean the gun and provides resistance to chemical aggression.

The Ego Carbonio 190 has a working pressure of 0.5 to 2.0 bar, with air consumption rated at 145 litres per minute. Nozzles are available in diameters of 0.5, 0.7, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4, while two pots are provided, measuring 75 and 180 cubic centimetres.

A digital pressure gauge and air control regulator with quick connection system, made of carbon fibre and featuring a swivel fitting, is also included, along with a rebuild kit, service tool/spanner, 15 millilitres of gun oil and a cleaning brush. The kit comes in a protective case, which now uses environmentally friendly slots to hold the components rather than high density foam.

The Walcom Ego Carbonio 190 is available now in Australia. More information is available here.
