Dave Luehr’s Elite Body Shop Solutions has announced the next two instalments of its popular free Elite Webinar Series: Elite Body Shop Systems Made Simple. The sessions will be conducted by Luehr and Training Manager Brent Henkle.
Luehr says many body shop leaders dream of operating a turn-key business where everyone knows their job and they, as the owner or manager, can spend more time growing the business instead of working in it. He believes this can be the reality for any body shop by building a simple operating system and sticking to it.
During the training, Luehr and Henkle will show attendees how to create their own keys-to-keys operational ‘playbook’ and implement it with their team.
