Fix Network Australia, the entity encompassing the Fix Auto and Novus Glass brands in Australia, has appointed Scott Croaker to Head of Operations.
Stuart Faid, Vice President for Fix Network in Asia, Australia and New Zealand, said Croaker brings more than 30 years’ experience across a broad range of key roles within the automotive industry and is highly experienced in business development and operational performance management.
“Scott’s primary focus will be on reinforcing our customer centric approach and building on our existing capability in the fields of data analysis, KPI management and our proprietary performance improvement programmes. Working across both Fix and Novus brands, these elements continue to differentiate us in the marketplace,” said Faid.
With a decade of automotive retail experience under his belt, Croaker moved to BMW Australia where he spent 22 years working across various management and leadership positions, including Aftersales Business Consultant, Dealer Business Area Manager, Product Communications Manager, and National Aftersales Business Development Manager. In his final role with BMW, Croaker developed the BMW Collision Repair network and other strategic initiatives for the brand.
“This exposure to governance, process and control, as well as data and KPI management, will prove vital as we strengthen our focus on delivering our value proposition to our franchisees and customers alike,” added Faid.
Croaker said he is excited to join Fix Auto Australia and is looking forward to assisting its network of repairers.
“Having had the majority of my career in a large enterprise, I have gained a great deal of experience on the key metrics, processes and strategies that can ensure success,” said Croaker. “The opportunity to do this at a more direct level and in a way that makes a tangible difference to individual businesses and customers is very exciting.
“The Fix Network regards itself as a global family of independent business owners, working to a common goal under a single banner. Becoming part of that family was too good an opportunity to miss. I look forward to working with our networks and customers in Australia and working with the rest of the team to continue the great work done so far.”
