Octoral’s new C600 Rapid Production Clear is a fast-drying clear that dries in just 10 minutes at 60°C, delivering a high gloss final appearance.
The company says that where other fast-drying clears are limited to small spot repairs, the C600 can be used on medium-sized repairs – up to five panels, the complete side or front end without compromising on the quality of the finish. The one-visit application increases spray booth throughput allowing body shops to save time, materials and energy.
C600 Rapid Production Clear can be forced dried at 60°C for enhanced drying, low-baked at 40°C to dry in 25 minutes, or air-dried with a dry-to-handle time of just 60 minutes for a more energy-efficient solution. Octoral says its fast-drying properties and versatility mean body shops can rely on a single clear for multiple repair jobs, helping to reduce stock holding.
C600 Rapid Production Clear is available to order now in the Middle East. It is available in 1L and 5L packaging and comes with a dedicated Rapid Production Hardener, which is available in 0.5L and 2.5L packaging.
