Novus Glass Gold Coast has finished putting the final touches on its workshop rebranding following its move to the building next door.
Operated by Brian Rickard, one of the original Novus franchisees, the business is now located at 1/26 Spencer Road Nerang, providing far greater visibility from the Pacific Motorway. According to Novus, the bold new look and ‘Show Us Your Crack’ signage is turning heads, with passers-by stopping regularly for photo opportunities.
Rickard and his partner, Poppy Schuback, have streamlined operations at the new location by updating the booking process and introducing a new phone system. Rickard said the new systems have “taken the business into the 21st century, allowing greater efficiency”, and customers are saying the new store looks fresh and clean.
“It is great to see the new branding and location of Novus Glass Gold Coast,” said Ralph Marks, National Operations Manager for Novus. “Brian has done a fantastic job in transforming his business both physically and operationally. I am looking forward to working with him and his team on the continued growth and development of his business.”
According to Novus, the new workshop offers an extensive range of windscreen solutions, including windscreen chip repairs, replacements and reseals, automotive mirror and wiper blade replacements, headlight restoration, Perspex and laminated glass for plant and equipment. Novus Gold Coast also offers a comprehensive ADAS calibration service and is an authorised supplier for many fleet companies, as well as a provider for major insurance companies.
In addition to Novus Glass Gold Coast, Rickard also owns a workshop in Kingston and two other mobile franchises operating throughout Redlands and Rocklea. He is supported by a team of certified glass technicians and administration staff.
