The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association’s (CIECA) next CIECAST webinar, ‘The Future of Auto Glass Repair & Recalibration’, is scheduled for 20 May 2021 at 1 PM USA CST.
Topics will cover the complexities of glass repair due to advances in new technology, including automated driver-assist systems (ADAS), and the use of augmented reality in head up displays. Automotive glass recalibration and the impact on labour and physical locations will also be covered.
The webinar will feature Ed Sprigler, Vice President Recalibration Services at Safelite Group.
Sprigler joined the automotive glass repair, replacement and recalibration industry in 1996 with Auto Glass Specialists in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. He currently serves as Vice President of Recalibration Services, drawing upon his experience in leadership roles across operations, contact centres, marketing, and field/strategic sales.
During the one-hour live broadcast, Sprigler will talk about automotive glass repair considerations now and in the future, along with the impact on all industry segments.
A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
