The International Bodyshop Industry Symposium (IBIS) has announced IBISConnect Africa 2020, a live, interactive, online event, will be broadcast between 10 AM and 1 PM SAST on Thursday 23 July. The theme of the event is “Strength Through Collaboration”.
Topics that will be covered will include how the African market can learn from the new UK salvage code of practice, why it’s important for Africa to adopt a low energy technology and sustainability policy, and a comprehensive overview of the South African collision repair market and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The delegate experience will encompass a visit to IBIS partners’ virtual exhibition stands, peer-to-peer networking using one-to-one and one-to-many online chat functionality, and a seat in the virtual auditorium to watch the event from the delegates’ “reality of their safe haven of choice”.
