The International Bodyshop Industry Symposium (IBIS) has unveiled its new series of thought leadership-based webcasts called Leading Lights, which are available on demand and free of charge.
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, IBIS says it has designed the webcasts to help inspire and equip people with the knowledge and insight to lead their businesses to a healthy point as things gradually return to normality and economic recovery.
IBIS says that each Leading Lights webcast features a luminary speaker who will face issues, present solutions and galvanise action around a topic or set of topics relevant to all sectors of the industry.
The first two webcasts feature Frederik Bisbjerg, Chief Strategy and Business Acceleration Officer at Noor Takaful, along with Eric Devos, President of GiPA.
Bisbjerg discusses the impact the pandemic has had on both insurance companies and body shops. He also explores things happening right now and the changes businesses need to make to survive the new normal.
Devos looks at the effects and consequences the pandemic is having on the automotive aftermarket, based on the output of GiPA’s surveys carried out on the car parc and aftermarket consumer behaviour.
