I-CAR Australia Renews Partnership With Porsche Cars Australia

Porsche Cars Australia has renewed its position as an I-CAR Australia member and industry alliance partner for three years. The continuation of the partnership means delegates will receive I-CAR training credits, indicating their level of skill and knowledge, upon completion of select accredited courses.

“I-CAR Australia is privileged to be entrusted with the delivery of the factory body technician training programme to those within the Porsche Certified Collision Centres and the re-signing of this agreement ensures the continuity and growth of the training pathway for the immediate future,” said Jason Trewin, Chief Operations Officer of I-CAR Australia.

Harry Aspiotis, Porsche Cars Australia’s Regional Manager (Collision Centres), said the organisation is delighted to continue its partnership with I-CAR Australia. “Our commitment to training the Porsche Certified Collision Centres through our investment with I-CAR ensures the very best care and attention for our customers and their cars,” added Aspiotis.

I-CAR said vehicle manufacturers such as Porsche demand the highest level of repair quality from their technicians, expecting all vehicles brought onto the workshop floor to be returned to the driver in pre-accident condition.

To help achieve this, I-CAR says its specialist OEM programmes have been comprehensively curated and reviewed to ensure the delivery of high quality, advanced collision repair training.
