I-CAR Australia has awarded Gold Class Collision status to Holmes Panel and Paint, located in Raceview, Queensland.
Holmes Panel and Paint owner Matt Bryan said the Road to Gold programme allowed the business to keep up-to-date with the latest repair issues and technological advances.
“It was an extension of our commitment to instil a learning culture throughout our business as we recognise the value of investing in the ongoing development of our talents,” Bryan said.
“The online delivery method available for the I-CAR training is convenient and provides us with the ability to train multiple staff concurrently and in a relaxed setting. As a result, our team was engaged in their learning and were in an environment where they felt open to discuss the topics in further detail. We are very proud of the growth mindsets displayed by our team in their commitment to the ongoing learning and development of their skills.”
Bryan said the option of onsite training and assessment from BASF was of particular benefit to the paint team as it could receive training and assessment without leaving the repair facility.
