I-CAR Australia has awarded Gold Class Collision status to Queensland business Scenic Smash. Luke Josling, Director of the company, said it joined the programme in recognition of the need for ongoing learning and skills development.
“In an ever-changing industry, we felt that keeping our staff at the forefront of training was essential to stay competitive and compliant in the industry. As we are also a Suncorp authorised repairer, we have met our requirements to align with the network,” said Josling.
“During our journey on the ‘Road to Gold’, we were able to utilise multiple learning pathways. This allowed a rounded learning experience catering to different needs in the team. We rate the experience highly as it made compliance requirements achievable for the team.
“As part of the multiple learning pathways, we utilised PPG as a training partner to complement our journey to Gold. The skills and training they provided [were] above and beyond, giving a hands-on approach to the training and ongoing support.”
