I-CAR Announces Gold Class For Flow Autobody

I-CAR Australia has awarded Gold Class Collision status to Flow Autobody in Enoggera, Queensland.

Jai Aguilar, owner of Flow Autobody, said he values continuous learning as it allows the business to continue fulfilling its promise of quality repairs.

“We decided to take the I-CAR Road to Gold journey to upskill the entire team and make sure we are up-to-date with current trends and technologies,” Aguilar said.

“Everyone was willing to join the I-CAR programme from the get-go and we were able to get a lot of value from it. The training was also a good break from the usual day-to-day work. It gave us the opportunity to learn as a team and the group classes were enjoyed by everyone, which has really helped to galvanise the team.”

Aguilar says the Flow Autobody team aspires to be world class and believes continuous improvement and learning is the key to achieving and maintaining that goal.

“The I-CAR Gold Class training programme will provide us with the learning content as the courses are very relevant to the current collision industry and highlights the complexity of modern vehicles and skills and knowledge required to repair them to a safe and high level,” Aguilar said.

I-CAR commended Flow Autobody for its commitment to continuous training and quality repairs.

“Their pledge to continue training is something that all our Gold Class repairers have undertaken because they recognise the value and importance of training to meet the ongoing technological advancements and changing demands of the collision repair industry,” I-CAR said.
