I-CAR Announces Gold Class For Darwin Crash Repairs

I-CAR Australia has announced that Darwin Crash Repairs in Darwin, Northern Territory, has been awarded I-CAR Gold Class Collision status.

Kelly Blyth, Gold Class Administrator at I-CAR Australia, said it was fantastic to see Darwin Crash Repairs now become the first repairer in the Northern Territory to also achieve Gold Class with the organisation.

“Achieving this accreditation by completing fully online training in a short period of time highlights Darwin Crash Repairs’ positive attitude toward ongoing training for all staff members that ensures a high level of quality and safety to all customers,” said Blyth. “Well done to everyone involved.”

Vincent Grass, Director at Darwin Crash Repairs, said the company was very proud to have achieved I-CAR Gold Class status, thanking the team at I-CAR Australia for providing “such a well-structured training programme”.

“This has allowed us the opportunity to commit to ongoing training which ensures our team stays up-to-date with motor vehicle technology, broadening their skills and knowledge on repair and refinishing processes to deliver quality workmanship,” said Grass. “As a shop focusing on insurance repairs, it was essential for us to be part of the I-CAR accreditation process.”

Grass said that the team worked hard to achieve Gold Class status.

“Combined with our decades of experience in the industry, the I-CAR Gold Class Status has equipped us with the knowledge and skills to repair modern vehicles to manufacturers’ standards,” said Grass.

We want to see our customers leaving in a safe to drive vehicle and I-CAR will contribute to this with their excellent training for our staff. We thank I-CAR, and especially our staff for having such a great work ethic.”
