Iraqi repair and paint network Hayakal has announced a partnership with BASF to introduce the company’s premium refinish brand, R-M, to the country.
Hayakal, a subsidiary of authorised Toyota dealer SAS, will roll out R-M products and services throughout its network in Iraq.
“We are very proud to announce our partnership with Hayakal,” said Marco Hoepker, Regional Business Manager of BASF’s Automotive Refinish Coatings Solutions Business. “This collaboration will allow us to introduce our premium portfolio of high quality products, services and systems to Iraq, and will allow us to provide Hayakal customers with state-of-the-art solutions beyond paint and effective support and training concepts.”
The partnership signing ceremony between both companies was held at the SAS office with Al-Hajj Salar Al-Bebany, President of SAS Group; Hoepker; Amjad Saeed, General Manager at SAS; and Narcis Crous, BASF Business Development Manager, attending.
Closing the event, Al-Bebany thanked Hoepker and the BASF team for their trust and future cooperation, with BASF promising a guarantee of the “best services with the highest quality products for their customers”.
