Fix Auto Rockhampton Completes Rebranding

Previously known as Classic Bodyworks in Rockhampton, Queensland, Fix Auto Rockhampton has finished rebranding its site and is now serving customers under the Fix Auto banner.

Having signed up to the Fix Auto network nearly three months ago, owners Rick and Sue Norris took the opportunity to upgrade their Rockhampton building as part of the Fix Auto rebranding.

“The old exterior of our business really didn’t do justice to the quality and service we delivered from within – the building almost disappeared into the surrounding area and nothing stood out that said we are here,” said Rick Norris. “The Fix Auto branding is bold and engaging and certainly sets the shop apart from everything around us. The process of rebranding was surprisingly flexible, the guidance and framework are provided by the team in Fix Auto, and arriving at an execution of that branding, which fits the site and the location, was actually very straightforward.”

Sue Norris said that the simple act of rebranding has given the business “a spring in its step”.

“Our first few customers through the doors this week are also very complimentary,” said Sue Norris. “We have always given amazing service and quality and that shines through even more now the shop has transformed its look and feel.”

Scott Holden, State General Manager QLD, NSW for Fix Auto, said he could not be happier about this latest partnership.

“Rick and Sue are amazing to work with,” said Holden. “Like all of our partners in the network they are keen to secure their future, leverage the support we can give them in their business and reap the benefits of working under a united banner of like-minded repairers. The site is a credit to them and the whole team at Rockhampton, and we look forward to supporting their next phase of growth and prosperity.”
