Eblen Collision Repairs Achieves I-CAR Gold Class Accreditation

South Australian body shop Eblen Collision Repairs has been awarded I-CAR Gold Class Collision status.

Dario Tonon, Managing Director of Eblen Collision Repairs, said the achievement reflected the company’s commitment to training.

“The ongoing knowledge and skills development of our employees is an integral part of our business,” he said. “Achieving Gold Class recognition demonstrates our commitment to the highest standards of professionalism. I-CAR training has great benefits – it provides employees with a structured pathway to upskill, whilst instilling confidence and a sense of pride and accomplishment.”

“Achieving Gold Class status with our large group of different technicians across varying ages, experience and needs created a real team atmosphere. Our staff felt that their knowledge has been increased in all aspects of repairs, achieving a clearer understanding of what is critically required to repair modern vehicles successfully.

“Due to large staff numbers, achieving Gold Class Collision status was a huge undertaking. Although not easy, the planning, employee logistics, cost and effort has certainly been worthwhile.”

I-CAR said achieving Gold Class accreditation positions Eblen Collision Repairs well for the future.

“With Eblen Collision Repairs being a long term and valued supporter of I-CAR, we were delighted to see them achieve the Gold Class accreditation,” the organisation said. “They join the growing number of businesses that have recognised the benefits of regular training, not only for their staff members, but also their customers and the entire business.

“The Gold Class accreditation places them in a very strong position to overcome the challenges presented by the ever-evolving body repair industry. Congratulations to all involved.”
