Colad has added a new UV putty to its fast-curing range. Developed for smaller jobs, Colad Fast Curing System UV Putty Transparent is especially developed to fill tiny rock chips, making it suitable for smart and spot repairs.
According to Colad, the putty is a single-component, ready-to-use product (no hardener needed), that is easy to apply to various substrates like metal and plastics using the included Colad Paint Touch-Up Sticks. When used with the Colad Fast Curing System UV Curing Light, the putty dries with a maximum curing time of five seconds. Shrinkage-free, the repair is ready for further processing immediately after curing.
“Just fill, sand and polish to achieve an even surface and avoid spraying too large an area,” Colad said.
The solvent and styrene free product is delivered in a 50ml black, UV-resistant plastic bottle, with each box containing three bottles and 100 touch-up sticks.
