Axalta is conducting a series of one-day change management courses as part of the Axalta Services education series.
According to Axalta, the course is specifically designed to hone-in on the skill set needed to successfully implement change. Heavy emphasis is placed on understanding the need to change, how this will impact employees and the critical role the business manager plays in making change easier and more sustainable.
The company said learning these skills is essential, with Axalta Services Manager Robin Taylor working with body shop owners to identify business improvements, only to find the changes not being implemented or failing in the early stages.
“There will come a time in every forward-thinking repair facility whereby business changes or repair process efficiencies will need to be implemented, so now is the time for business owners or managers to upskill,” Axalta said.
