The 49th edition of Auto Maintech opened with lots of drums and noise in the grounds of the China International Exhibition Centre yesterday, Friday 14 March 2008.
Owing to a glorious and crisp morning, the ceremony, which lasted just under an hour, was done in typical Chinese pomp and fanfare and was attended by the heads of the delegations representing the various industry groups including the China Auto Maintenance Equipment Industry Association and the China Automotive Maintenance and Repair Association.
