AMA Group has launched its state-of-the-art, flagship site on the Gold Coast, bringing together three repair centres under the new AMA Collision brand.
According to AMA, the 5,000-square-metre facility is set to “redefine the customer experience”, thanks to a new approach known as ‘Repairs Driven by You’ that “places the customer at the heart of each repair”.
“At AMA Collision, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of our customer’s vehicle repair experience, and our new flagship site on the Gold Coast is a testament to that commitment,” said Jim Lynch, Executive General Manager at AMA Collision. “With enhanced features and amenities, our customers can expect a level of service and convenience like never before.
Highlights of the new site include a drive-through valet service, a consultative service approach where staff understand each customer’s unique needs and preferences, and a design studio that allows vehicle owners to customise additional repair work to meet their personal preferences and style while restoring or enhancing their vehicle. The facility also has comprehensive repair solutions for all types of vehicle damage (‘drive’ and ‘non-drive’ capabilities), a high repair capacity of up to 125 vehicles per week, two electric vehicle charging stations, and an eco-friendly wash bay and recycling system that minimises environmental impact.
AMA said the site marks the beginning of an “exciting new chapter” for AMA Collision as the company continues to “elevate the standards of repair and service offered by the industry”, creating a “unique, customer-centric vehicle repair experience”.
The site officially opened for business on Thursday 5 October.
