AMA Group Names Caroline Waldron As Non-Executive Director - Caroline Waldron

AMA Group has appointed Caroline Waldron to the AMA Group board as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 March 2022.

According to AMA, Waldron is a non-executive director and cross border advisor with more than 30 years’ experience in regulated consumer sectors such as technology, retail, and health. She currently serves on the boards of Resimac Group and Southern Cross Care (NSW and ACT).

Waldron holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London and is admitted to the bars of England, Wales, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
