AMA Group CFO Geoff Trumbull Resigns

Geoff Trumbull has resigned as AMA Group’s Chief Financial Officer to take on the CFO role at an unlisted company in an industry unrelated to collision repair.

Mathew Cooper, Chief Executive Officer of AMA Group, acknowledged Trumbull’s leadership during his time with the organisation.

“Geoff has been a committed CFO who has led the finance function for the group through significant change,” said Cooper.

“I would like to thank Geoff for his contributions to the group over the last two years and wish him all the best for the future.”

Trumbull has a six-month notice period. A recruitment process has begun and AMA will work with Trumbull on an orderly transition.
