Alliance Auto Body Achieves I-CAR Gold Class

I-CAR Australia has awarded Gold Class Collision status to Alliance Auto Body, formerly known as Regent Smash Repairs, in Milperra, New South Wales.

Alliance Auto Body completed the training within 12 months, with staff using a combination of virtual classroom training and courses taken through Glasurit.

“I believe knowledge is power and an important tool in order to perform exceptionally well,” said Sal Sabbagh, Director and owner of Alliance Auto Body. “Therefore, I believe the Road to Gold training programme is a beneficial achievement of training in order to convert knowledge gained into skill. It is a great convenience for our team that I-CAR offered simple registration, training, and examination processes.

“The staff were eager to gain knowledge and learn new concepts in order to broaden and implement their skill sets. They discovered it to be an efficient and easy method of training with the after-hours online virtual classroom courses offered.

“Implementing training in the future will be a continuous process in my company and we fully intend to continue the ongoing annual Gold Class renewal training for all current and future employees.”

Gary Wood, Senior Technical Advisor at I-CAR Australia, said: “It is always incredible to see such enthusiasm and dedication to training from collision repair professionals. To achieve Gold Class status in a year shows the team’s diligence to upskill, and will no doubt provide motivation to other businesses who are also working to accomplish this level of training.”
